Mr. Ron Atlas, LLB, C.P.A. Position: President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Atlas is a CPA and Attorney in the State of Illinois, U.S. He has been a business leader and an investor in various mining companies for 18 years. Heavily involved in the construction industry, Mr. Atlas has employed over 200 people and has been the chief operating officer of Paragon Aquatech, Ltd. a designer and constructor of many aquatic features throughout the U.S. Mr. Atlas has sat on the Board of Directors of Inca Pacific (U.S. division) and is presently a member of the Board of Patriot Power Corp. He is also President of Patriot Power. He brings extensive business acumen to the Board of Universal Uranium as C.P.A., lawyer as well as the operating head of a private Uranium Mining Company.

| | | Steven Chan Position: Director
Steven Chan is currently Vice President of Cambridge House Conferences: a division of Cambridge House International Inc. He has been instrumental in building Cambridge House into Canada's leading investment conference company, serving the mining and natural resource industry. At Cambridge house he works with every aspect of the mining industry including public companies, brokerage firms, fund managers, letter writers, analysts and retail investors.

| | | Mr. John Hite, P.Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Hite graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a professional degree in Geological Engineering. He has over 40 years of experience in the junior mining industry. He has worked as a geologic consultant since 1978 and is a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101. Previously he was with Micronesia Mineral Resources Co., Golden Sitka Inc. and Golden Palm Resources, as well as director and president of East Asia Gold Corp. Presently Mr. Hite is president and director of Marifil Mines Ltd. He brings extensive knowledge of the mining industry to the Board of Universal Uranium.

| | | Corry J. Silbernagel Position: Director
Corry J. Silbernagel holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France and a Bachelors degree in Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Silbernagel was most recently CFO of Cabo mining Enterprises Corp. (TSXV-CBE) one of Canada's largest exploration drilling services companies. Prior to Cabo, Mr. Silbernagel was a management and financial consultant working as a corporate advisor in strategy, finance, business development and marketing. As a professional engineer, Mr. Silbernagel has managed large-scale projects in excess of $100 million in the mining and oil and gas industry for companies that include Suncor Energy and TransAlta Energy. Mr. Silbernagel also sits on the advisory board of the ACT Cinemage Group (TSXV-CIG).

| | | Mr. Richard Walters Position: Director
Mr. Walters has been a director and the president of Little Squaw Gold Mining Company, a publicly traded company on the OTC Bulletin Board, since July, 2003. He is also a co-founder of Marifil Mines Ltd. and has been a director and its executive vice-president since it was incorporated in December of 2003. Marafil is a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Walters was a director, the chief operating officer and president of Yamana Resources Inc. (now Yamana Gold Inc.), a company he co-founded that is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is a certified professional geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists and is licensed to practise as a geologist in the states of Alaska and Washington. He is an economic geologist, holds a degree in geology from Washington State University, and has 40 years of mining experience with a global technical and business background in mineral exploration and development projects. He has worked for several major international mining companies, including Kennecott Copper Corp., Hudson Bay Mining Co., St. Joe Minerals Corp., Fluor Corp. and Sunshine Mining Co. Mr. Walters has been a key individual in the discovery of several major mineral deposits of gold, silver, copper, uranium and tungsten in Alaska, Montana, Nevada, Papua New Guinea and Argentina.

| | | Kenneth R. Thorsen, P Eng, B.Sc. Position: Consulting Geologist
Kenneth R. Thorsen, BSc Geological Engineering, P Eng, has in excess of 40 years' experience in base metal and uranium projects including as Project and then Senior Project geologist for SMDC (now Cameco) based in Saskatoon. Prior to retirement from a 21 year career with Teck Cominco Ltd., Mr. Thorsen held several senior positions including a two year term as President of Teck Exploration Ltd. In this position he was responsible for administration of 17 exploration offices and all field operations of the exploration department. Mr. Thorsen is currently President of Thorsen Consulting Ltd. which offers services to the mining exploration industry, and serves as a member of the board of directors of several junior mining companies.

| | | Bill Galine Position: Executive Vice President
For the past 21 years, Bill Galine has been involved in corporate finance and marketing. He has worked in public relations since 1984 as a business owner and officer of a public company. Mr. Galine served as vice-president of a publicly traded company. His combined experience and knowledge in the area of investor relations and business is an asset to Universal Uranium Ltd.

| | | Dr. Derek H.C. Wilton Position: Head of Geological Advisory Board
Dr. Wilton is currently a professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at the Memorial University of Newfoundland. He is a St. John's native and received his B.Sc. from MUN, his M.Sc. from the University of British Columbia, and his Ph.D from MUN. Since 1984 he has been a faculty member at MUN and has engaged in mineral deposit research in Newfoundland, most specifically Labrador. He has been the Geology 101 columnist for the Northern Miner and has received the Education Award from the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador for outstanding contributions to Geoscience Education in 2004
